This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions purchased through AgentAEO.com, operated by AIMetica Solutions.

2. Free Trial Period
2.1 Trial Terms
New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial (subject to availability and eligibility).
2.2 No Charge During Trial
You will not be charged during the trial period. Your subscription begins only after the trial ends (unless you cancel).
2.3 Cancellation During Trial
You can cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.
3. Subscription Refunds
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- Within 7 Days: If you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of a new paid subscription, you may request a full refund.
- After 7 Days: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the 7-day window. You may cancel to prevent future charges.
3.2 Annual Subscriptions
- Within 14 Days: If you are unsatisfied within the first 14 days of an annual subscription, you may request a full refund.
- After 14 Days: Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14-day window. You may cancel to prevent auto-renewal.
3.3 Refund Conditions
- Your account must not have violated our Terms and Conditions
- You must not have abused the Service or refund policy
- You must submit a refund request within the eligible timeframe
4. How to Request a Refund
4.1 Contact Us
Email us at info@agentaeo.com with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Order/Transaction ID (if available)
- Reason for refund request
- Date of purchase
4.2 Processing Time
We will review your request within 3-5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4.3 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, UPI, etc.) used for the purchase.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are NOT eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions cancelled after the refund window (7 days for monthly, 14 days for annual)
- Add-on services or one-time fees (unless explicitly stated otherwise)
- Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Partial month/year refunds (pro-rated refunds are not provided)
- Requests made more than 30 days after the eligible refund window
6. Cancellation vs. Refund
6.1 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period (unless within the refund window).
6.2 Access After Cancellation
You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
7. Payment Disputes
7.1 Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us immediately at info@agentaeo.com. We will investigate and correct any confirmed billing errors.
7.2 Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback or dispute with your bank without first contacting us, we may suspend your account pending resolution.
8. Discount & Promotional Offers
8.1 Non-Transferable
Promotional discounts are non-transferable and apply only to the specific account.
8.2 Refund Calculation
If a refund is issued for a discounted subscription, the refund amount will be based on the discounted price paid.
9. Service Downtime
9.1 Scheduled Maintenance
Planned maintenance is not grounds for a refund. We will notify users in advance when possible.
9.2 Extended Outages
If the Service experiences unplanned downtime exceeding 48 consecutive hours, you may request a pro-rated credit for the affected period (subject to our discretion).
10. Changes to This Refund Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Refund requests will be evaluated based on the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
